Luckily for your Sims though, infants do master rolling back very quickly, so they don’t have to get up six times in the night to physically turn over a small child that has rolled onto their stomach and decided that they really won’t sleep like this but they can’t roll back. Then crying because they can’t roll back and they don’t like it. This will help them begin their development journey by learning to roll over. One thing it’s good to try with your infant is Tummy Time. They want to have fun, they just don’t know what it is until it happens, so it’s down to you to work it out. Small infants have no fun meter, but don’t let that fool you. Just like in real life, you can expect your Sim's first days with your new addition to be full of sleep deprivation, low needs, and confusion about what exactly they want.
